Cookie notice

The short version

This website sets no cookies. Not analytics cookies, not advertising cookies, not preference cookies, and not strictly necessary cookies either. It stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when the page loaded.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so that the site can recognise the same browser later. Related techniques do the same job by other means: local storage, session storage, tracking pixels, and device fingerprinting. The law treats all of them the same way, because what matters is whether something is placed on your device or read from it, not the technique used.

What this website stores

Nothing. Concretely, these pages contain:

• no cookies of any category, first-party or third-party;
• no local storage, session storage or IndexedDB use;
• no analytics, statistics or heat-mapping tool;
• no advertising, retargeting or conversion tag, and no tracking pixel;
• no social media button, share widget or comment system;
• no embedded map, video player or font from another domain;
• no consent management platform, which is itself usually a tracker;
• no login, no account, no basket and no contact form, so there is no session to keep.

The one typeface the site uses is served from the same address as the page you are reading, and the photographs are stored with it. A page load fetches files from this website and from nowhere else.

Why there is no banner

Consent for cookies comes from Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, as implemented in Bulgaria. It requires consent before information is stored on a user's terminal equipment, or before information already stored there is accessed. This website does neither, so there is nothing for you to consent to and no lawful reason to interrupt you with a dialog.

A banner on a site like this one would be theatre, and a misleading kind: it would suggest tracking exists where it does not. Where a consent mechanism is genuinely required it must offer a refusal that is as easy as acceptance, must not treat silence or scrolling as agreement, and must not make the site unusable until you answer. None of that applies here because none of it is needed.

Server logs are not cookies

Delivering any web page requires a server to receive a request. The hosting provider may keep short technical logs of those requests, typically the IP address, the time, the page requested, the browser identifier and any error, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

That is not a cookie and it is not consent territory: nothing is placed on your device and nothing is read back from it. It is ordinary personal data processing, covered in the privacy notice under the company's legitimate interest in running a working and protected website.

Links to other services

A few pages link out: a map search for the registered office, the Commercial Register, and the two Bulgarian authorities named in the legal and privacy notices. These are ordinary links, not embeds. Nothing from those services loads while you are on this website, and nothing about you is sent to them unless you choose to follow the link. From that moment their own cookie and privacy notices apply instead of this one.

If this ever changes

If ROMA 71 EOOD later adds something that does store or read information on your device, this notice will be rewritten before that goes live, it will list each cookie with its purpose and lifetime, and a compliant consent mechanism will be added with refusal made as easy as acceptance. Until then the honest statement is the one at the top of this page.

Controlling cookies yourself

Nothing here needs controlling, but every major browser lets you view and delete stored data, block third-party cookies, and clear everything for a given site from its privacy or site-settings panel. If you open those settings for this website you should find nothing stored. If you ever do find something, please tell the company, because it would mean this notice is wrong.
